Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powder is a dry mica pearl powder and dye mix for creating shimmering colourfuleffects on any porous surface. Shake bottle before use. Wet a paper or card stock and gently puff on some of the powder mix.

Add some more water using a brush or spray bottle and watch as the coloursappear. Use to create unique and beautiful backgrounds.
